Replace Disqus Username with your own username in customize field.
Set No. of Item that you want to show in your own widget.
Enter Length of summary according to your requirement.
Click on generate button and Add to Bogger button respectively.
Select your blog > Give title of widget as per your requirement > Click on add widget that set.
